Shadow Work based coaching. I work heavily with dismantling the view you hold of yourself and the world around you. I am here to guide you to discovering that... everything you desire to change your life is within you right now. We will go on a journey that you will never forget, but will never regret. You will be handed the tools to carve your own path to your freedom. I will show you how to love yourself without question, how to work with your ego, reshape it and know when it is at play, you will learn how to quieten the mind right down everyday...YES everyday; peace and quiet. This is a journey that takes time, trust and a whole lot of courage. If you really feel stuck at a crossroad, like throwing in the towel, like there's nowhere to turn, desperate for something to change with your circumstances, then I am for you. Once we have worked through your shadows, we will then go on to build you from the inside out, one step at a time until you stand at place where you are excited for life, and you notice life is mirroring that excitement back to you via opportunities, synchronicities and a change in circumstances. Please note, I add 15 minutes at the end of each session, for feedback from you and to answer any questions.
